American eagle's return policy.


We weren't satisfied with all merchandises. Sometimes we need to refund or exchange our merchandises. I bought an upper garment in American eagle. After I came to Toronto, it was my first cloth which I bought. So, I asked to clerk about exchange and refund. Thereon, clerk explained to me friendly. "If you do not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for an exchage or full refund. Returns with a reciept will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. And returns without a reciept are exchangeable for merchandise or an AE gift card in the amount of the current selling price."
I was satisfied with my cloth. So, I tried to wear a cloth. At that time I felt it is a little tight but I didn't care about it. A few days after, I known that two seams opened. I didn't know weather my mistake or inferior goods. I was in anguish a few days because I wore it two times and went on some days. Finally, I went to AE with a reciept and told to clerk. Then clerk explained my cloth with a smile. He told me that it can possible within 2 weeks. so I can exchange new one.
