Long & McQuade is musical instruments store. One month ago, I bought a guitar at this store. Actually this guitar has little scratch on the body. But I knew that and this guitar was sold cheap by this reason. And Since I'm intersted in the guitar and I can see many guitars at this store, I like this store.

Anyway I went to this store and asked about a refund. At first, I asked how to get a refund. He said that I was able to get a refund for one month. Return and excange is same. And I asked him if I don't have the receipt, how about this situation. He said it didn't matter. I think almost stores don't refund without a receipt. So I was surprised at his answer. And He explained about the reason. They always record information such as customer's name, phone number, date, model number etc. So I shouldn't bring it back a store. When I bought a guitar, they asked me about this, too. Additionally, there is warranty for one year. This is customer service policies of this store.
