Best Buy said,

I've gone to Best Buy in order to buy a DSLR(Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera. At the time, I should listen to clerk with attention, because I wasn't used to using that salt of cameras.
As you know, we usually call a clerk when we want to buy something in Best Buy, and then, a clerk comes to me to explain a little about the product.
Of course I called a clerk so as to buy the camera that I had decided to buy, and a clerk came and asked "Are you familiar with it?"
As I told you, I wasn't used to it, thus my response was negative. He got started to explain simply how to use it.
After that, I asked some questions about 'customer service'. Actually, I was wondering if I had bought it which had some problems such as stained, chipped, cracked on the lens and something like that, I would refund my money or exchange it at Best Buy wherever it is in Canada. It's because I might have a plan to move to Calgary in the near future. The clerk answered that it would be possible to do it at Best Buy and Canon stores(The camera was made by Canon) wherever they are, because the camera included '1 year world warranty' if I would keep its receipt. Besides, if I had changed my mind I would refund it within 2 weeks.
I asked one more question was if I had lost its receipt, I would get any customer service.
His response was almost negative with some complicated exceptions to do that.
Anyhow, I was satisfied with his answer, so I bought it.

Much obliged for reading my journal.
