Hollister's Customer Service

I describe about Hollister's customer service. I thought that customer service in Canada is better than it in korea.

I have gone to a Hollister store in Canada. at that time, I bought a pair of pants. When I saw the pants in hollister, it was darkbrown color. but I knew that the pants is khaki when i came back home after I bought it.
So, I thought why it is khaki. I realized the reason. The reason that the pants looks like khaki pants is lighting in Hollister. A Hollister's lighting is a glow lamp. So, I had a mistake.

I went to a Hollister store in order to replace or refund. Actually, It is my mistake because I saw wrong. But A Hollister's staff said if you want to replace or refund, we do it for you.
Usually, in this case, A refund is impossible in Korea because it is my mistake. I thought that Hollister's customer service is good. So, I often go there for shopping. I am satisfied about Hollister's customer service.
