Is that Best??

I went to BEST BUY on last Friday,because I want to buy HHD(Hard disk drive) to record many movies and music.I asked about BestBuy return & exchange policy. If we are not satisfied with our order, we may return or exchange product at any Best Buy retail store in Canada.
They also accept returens & exchange 14days from the date of purchase on computers, monitors,printers,Notebook computers, camcorders, Digital Cameras , Radar Detectors,portsble DVD players and Air conditioners.Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Our RMA number is valid for 14 days.The most important things are return the product in the same condition as purchased with all manuals, accessories, and the original BestBuysales receipt.
but I could'nt understand their policy.they have so many rules about return or refound .It is not best for me...
