Best buy (ipod)

I was supposed to buy a mp3 player at besy buy store with my friend on Friday. At the right moment, since I had to get information about consumer policies , we went to the best buy store for a double purpose. There was so crowded with customers. Such being the case, I couldn't make up my mind whether to ask or not at first. It seemed that every sales clerk was so busy to conduct their own affair. Therefore I decided to buy a ipod mp3 player. I stood before the counter with the intension of asking while I would be paying. The clerk answered kindly about consumer policies in spite of request that "speak a little slowly". Let me give you the summary. We can exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you don't bring the receipt, both exchange and refund must be certainly not . The clerk emphasized the paticular products including computers have only valid 14 days. Most of products in this store have one year as a period of warranty. In case of ipod, the period of warranty could be extended more than 1-year if customers want. In such a case, The extra fee would be required. I didn't think deeply about that because the fee was a little expensive for me.
