The Bay & MAC

Do you know about the Bay and MAC? I think you may know about that. The bay is a famous department store, and MAC is a famous cosmetics firm. At last Friday, I had to buy two kinds of cosmetics at MAC in the Bay, because I did't bring my cosmetics in Korea. There are many kinds of cosmetic store in the Bay. I heard that MAC in Canada is much cheaper than Korea. For this reason, I wanted buy MAC's cosmetics. I wonder a quality of MAC, because I have not used this brand, so I wanted to test that. At first, to know the quality, I asked clerk to make-up my face. While the clerk was making-up my face, she recommended nice goods. Thanks to her recommendation, I could buy nice things. After buying cosmetics, I asked her some questions about policy. MAC have to follow a policy of the Bay, because MAC is located in the Bay.

To return an item for an exchange or refund bring it to any Bay store with your receipt within 90 days; 60 days for furniture, mattresses, major appliances; 30 days for Home Electronics and Seasonal Merchandise, less a restocking fee, if applicable.
Some items cannot be returned if opened, including music, movies, video games, and software. You may exchange these items for the same title if the original is defective.
Merchandise returned with a gift enclosure receipt will be refunded on the Hbc Card. Merchandise returned without a receipt will be refunded on an Hbc Gift Card at the most recent sale price. Some sales and service charges are final and cannot be refunded.
