However, if the refund or the exchange is because of changing your mind, you need to conserve the product with original condition. In case of books, it must not be written with anything and CDs, DVDs or videos must be in their plastic wrap. However, if there is a damage in the product what you bought, it can be treated in exceptional case of conservation. However, If you have bought some product on the internet, the deadline of the refund or exchange is extended to 30days of the shipment date.
