I want to introduce my favorite store. I believe that everyone has had some experience with this store which is H&M. For this presentation, I went H&M in Yonge & Bloor. I talked with one of the people who working for customer service whose name was Saran. She was really nice. I got good information from her.

First of all, I will talk about return & exchange policies. H&M offer an exchange or refund within 30 days from your purchase. And without receipt or over 30 days from your purchase it wll be issued as a store credit. Also they have warranties which is when you got a material and some reason how the material got damage or broken, it can be also issued as a store credit. More detail about return & exchange policies you can see from your receipt. I can recommend that please keep your receipt at list 30 days.

Second of all, their customer protection, actually they have their own factor. So they don't have buyer insurance. But Saran told me that still available to protect any purchase from damage. I couldn't ask more detail about the customer protection or about buyer insurance. Because they're kind of their secret policies. But Saran told me, "Don't worry about it." They always look for and their purpose is fashion quality and best price.

H&M has 27 stores in Canada include Quebec. In downtown Toronto, we can find out H&M at Yonge & Bloor or Eaton Centre or Yorkdale Mall. If we have more questions or detail about cutomer service, we can reach any H&M store either website. I didn't know until this time they have main office at Eaton Centre.
