Bestbuy's Customer Service Policies - Marvin

Last Sunday, I went to the Bestbuy which is near the Dundas subway station with my classmates. We searched for customer service policies. It's important that you need to refund, exchange of purchased something.

I chose the Bestbuy where I already bought a laptop in a couple of weeks ago. So I asked a staff about refund, exchange, warranty and if I comeback to Korea, can I keep the warranty.

He said that if you want to refund and exchange, you must have an original receipt and non-defective item within 14days from the date of purchase.
And warranty of my laptop is 1 year limited hardware. So he recommended additional warranty or Geek squad which is computer support and repair service. Although it's very easy and convenient support service, it's a little bit expensive and I don't need to additional service. Because I can repiar computer from software problems.

Then I found interesting police which is 'Lowest price guarantee'. So he explained the police that is guaranteed lowest price whthin 14days. If you buy something at the Bestbuy, you find a local competitor offering lower price include Internet offers on same brand and model. In that case, You will be received an additional 10% of the difference price.
Finally he said that if you comeback to Korea, you will support charged service.

This project was marking good exprience and practice. First time, I was nervous to talk with canadians but I feel better than before the projcet.
