Sportinglife's Customer Services -- Edwin


Last Friday, I went to Sporting Life which is near the Eglinton subway station. I wanted to repair my snowboard and I had to do my journal homework. I bought a snowboard last Boxing Day.

After I went to Blue Mountain with my friends and while we were snowboarding but I couldn't snowboard because my snowboard had some problems. After I went to Blue Mountin repair shop. I showed my snowboarding. They found some problems. They said" you should change your bindings Because the bindings don't balance. so I asked" How much should I pay it? they said it is free. so they chang other binding while I staying Blue Mountain. I went to sportinglife with my friend. Before I had to go to sportinglife but I couldn't go there. because I forgot my bindings some problem.
I showed my bindings. They found some problems and they exchanged them for other bindings after I asked about customer service and policy. (ets...)

Q: If i want to refund and exchange. Could tell me about refund policy?

Q: Could tell me about warranty?

Bicycle has been professionally assembled and quality checked for years of hassle-free enjoyment. However, if your bicycle should need any adjustments within the next 3 years, please return it to our shop (along with the bill of sale) for us to complete any necessary adjustments free of charge. Any accessories purchased at Sporting Life Bikes & Boards in this time period will be installed FREE OF CHARGE. Warranty does not include replacements of misused or abused parts.

I think Customer services and Policy are very important If I mange operate a business.
because customer services and policy is not good. most people don't come my company.
first I don't want to ask something why I have to ask something but I thought, about journal.
I have been staying here for 6 months. while I was living here I have never been something like that. I just bought something and some questions.
Now day, I learned many kind of something. ^^
