The Sony store by Pedro Facchini

Mark said to us to say in the stores that we are doing a research paper of a marketing degree at a private business college, but Jake tried this in GAP store and it didn’t work, they said to him that they couldn’t tell him about their policies, considering this I did my homework in a different way.
I went to The Sony Store and I said to the salesman that I was there to buy a gift to a friend, he asked me what I have in mind, I said to him that I haven’t any idea, so he showed me all the mp3 players and I asked him some questions looking for the answers to do my job, so I asked him “if my friend doesn’t like can he exchange it or return it?” and the sales man said “Yeah he just have to bring the receipt and he can exchange it or return, he has one month to do that, after this he can’t” and I also asked him about warranties, and he said that all the Sony products they have one year of warranty.
I didn’t get much information because I thought he was getting angry because I think he knew that I wasn’t going to buy anything.
