Last Sunday, I went to the Eaton Centre for my assignment with my classmates. First, I visited to the clothing store and all the clerks were busy. However, I asked one of them a question and he became annoyed with my questions. He told me that he couldn't talk about these policies to me. In addition, he aked why he should help me anyway. I got a little angry and annoyed with him but I was not able to argue with him which was fruastrating. He might have been right anyway. right. Though, I was all right since there were so many shops I could visit.
Next, I entered the clothing store, Eddie Bauer, that had very few customers in it. There were three of clerks and I asked one of them if she could help me. At first I requested a pamphlet about customer sevice policies but she said they didn't have the booklet. Finally I wrote out a few questions and her answers.
Q. If I want to refund the item that I bought without a reason, can I refund for it?
A. Yes, even there's no time limit with the receipt.
Q. After I bought the item, if I want to exchange the item to other colour or other size of it, is it possible?
A. Yes, of course you can change with the receipt.
Q. After I bought the item, while I tried the item in my house, if the item was torn accidentally, is there a service for that such as warranties or insurances?
A. You can change the item with the receipt without cost. (what a good shop!)
