The Body shop by Soo

I went to the body shop which was placed in Eaton centre for my homework. there are 4 clerk in there. and I asked a pretty women who was clerk about customer service policies.
These were their common policies about customer services.
1. Merchandise retured with the receipt within 30days, compared Canadian the body shop with Korean They have longer days than Korea. even if there was same product, will be exchanged or refund.
2. Merchandise without a receipt will be exchaged at the lowest selling price.
3. Permantly reduced product is "Final Sale" No return or exchage.

Not only this question but also I asked other questions. I was wondering What if I 'm allergy to use some products? clerk said If you are worried about that, we would give its sample for you. but we wouldn't give perfumes and cosmetics to you. because we already had their samples on the shelf. so I recived some samples. I said When I gave product to another people, if they didn't like it or were allergy to it, what could I do? clerk said we would give "gift receipt" for another person.

That's all about my reseaching. it took really short times. but I felt a lot. for example I was amazing. because of diffrence between Korea and Canada. I think Korean have to learn about their good customer service policies.
