Apple store customer service

Have you ever been to Apple store? I went to there last boxing week. At that time I bought Ipod
which is mp3 player. 1month ago, My Ipod didn't work suddenly. I didn't know what happened. that's why I went to Apple store again. I asked to clerk who work in Apple store. In Canada, Even if you wanna change something which bought cookie or snack or sth like that, you need a receipt. But I didn't bring my receipt. I didn't know that and I couln't speak english very well. The clerk'
speaking was too fast to understand. First day I failed to change or check my Ipod.
next day I went to there again. I was reservated by the clerk. but at that time there were too many people in Apple store. I was in Apple store for 3hours. and then The clerk told me sorry
We've gotta close now. What about tommorrow? I was angry. But they didn't appologize and then told me "have a nice day!" I thought that they were rude. I was embarrased. next day I went to there again. But there wasn't the clerk in Apple store. but another clerk was very polite. finally I changed my Ipod. and she apologized to me. It's my experience. and I'm so sorry I don't know exactly about Apple store's policies. Thank you for reading my experience.
