Carla's experience!

Last year, I went to Charlot Store (in Brazil) and I bought one perfume. I asked for a woman's perfume but the seller did some mistake and gave me a man's one. And the problem was that I just saw it when I had already arrived at home. The day latter, I came back to the store asking for an exchange. Even tought, the custumer service police didin't permit it, they did!
All about the exchange:
The store just had the smaller woman perfume, what means that it was cheaper than the one I bought.Because of that, the store gave me a credit and I spent with a eyeshadow.
My problem with the store had began at this moment...because I still had a credit, but it was a very small amount, only one dollar. I didn't care about lieving this money to the store, but the seller told me that I must buy something else in the store to spend this money!!!
That was a difficlut situation, but in the end I left the money there and everything was ok!!!!
