Last Friday, I went to Exhibition to watch "The 2006 TORONTO SKI, SNOWBOARD AND TRAVEL SHOW". There were many kind of skies and snowboards. SO I could watch many things and I bought a snowboard, bindings, boots, clothes and goggles. I was really happy. Because they were much cheeper than Korea. I set and wore them, as soon as I came back home. When I wore my goggles, I found a problem. I couldn't see anythings. Because the lens of goggles was stained and scratched. The lens needed to be replaced or exchanged. I went to Exhibition again with the receipt. I required to exchange another new one. They exchanged another one after they confirmed the receipt. It was easier than Korea. I thought Canada has a good Customer System.
When I was in Korea, I bought a jacket. The jacket had a tear. Of course I went to the shop to refund or exchange. But they said that they have to inspect the jacket. And They also required me to wait for a week. I had no chioce. I had to wait, even if I didn't want. I think Korea Customer System needs to be changed.
