Last Saturday, I bought my coat in the Yorkdale for this winter. I heard that Toronto has very cold winter. So I had to ready for this winter. But I didn't bring my coat from Korea. So I had to buy the new one. I didn't have enough information about shoping mall because I came here for a weeks ago. My homestay host recommanded that I could find a lot of shoping mall in the Yorkdale. I prepared that I made a few question about how to refund, how to exchange, how to return, something like this. When I visited the Yorkdale, first of all, I compared the price of coat. Because I didn't have enough money. Finally, I fond the coat what I want. I feel vry nice before I fond the problem of my new coat. When I arrived home, I weared my new coat. But there were stain on the sleeve of my coat. And another sleeve had a torn. At that time, I really angry. So, on last Sunday, I went to the place where I bought the coat. And I complained the problem what the coat have. I wanted exchange to new one. But they requested that I show my receipt. That receipt had a date when I bought, so it's important that I had receipt. If I lose my receipt, I can't exchange to new coat. Now I get the new coat. In this winter in Toronto, I will be very warming.
