I had a experience about complain though the e-mail.
3 months ago, I bought a MP3 at factorydirect includeing the rebate which I can get money though the e-mail. This was my first deal in here.
I haven't received the rebate yet so I sent a e-mail 3 times.
I have just received the e-mail that they couldn't receice a rebate form & invoice.
I had already sent all of things without delay when I bought it.
Fortunately I kept all of things in my computer. I could send these again.
Yesterday I received a e-mail that I can get a rebate from company.
