Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy
A representative from AirSource will discuss the problem and arrange for repair or replacement.

Callular phones, pay as you go, TotalPhone, prepaid products ready for You, earpieces, headsets, faceplates and antennas are non-refundable. A $25.00 restocking fee will apply on returns.

Accessory items will be refunded with a receipt in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Warranty will not be done without an invoice. $7.00 express exchange charge for accessory warranty.
