Welcome to Bartending School!!

I am Sang-hyun. I'm going to write about Bartending School. Why did I choose the bartending school? I'd rather make something for something that I had already prepared.

Last week, I went to the Bartending School of Ontario. It is located near Broadview Station. The class room looks like a bar. There has a lot of liquor.

When I came into class, one guy has a test. I looked askance at his test paper. It was very difficult. If I have to write a test, then I have to know how stuff is put together. Mixing, ordering and how much do I liquor pour. If I'm going to be bartender, then they give a license and they teach me how to prepare a personal history. They gave some information about bartending courses.

Tthey have two bartending programs. They are performance and basic program. I'd prefer to take a basic program. The basic program teaching about history of liquor, bartenders duties, liquor laws/ liabilities, techniques, how to make 300 cocktail, service, how to use equipment of bar and so on.

They usually use water instead of liquor in the class. Water is more safety than liquor also cheaper. Every body is canadian except me. I think it is good for study English. It's going to be a great experience.
