Taking Belly Dance Class

Hi.
How are you guys doing? Is everything okay? The winter is coming. Everybody, be careful not to get a cold. I want to present for my dream to learn something in my leisure time. My goal is to learn how to belly dance. After I came to Toronto, I gained a lot of weight. Learning belly dance is not only good exercise, but also a good way to lose weight and increase flexiblity and make posture better than before. It will take me about six weeks to learn posture, steps and to accept of belly dance something like that. After the first six weeks I will have learned some belly dance moves. I will pick up some of the movements quickly, whereas I will need more time to master the other moves.


Before I attend belly dance class I have to think about my level, dress and commitment. When I decide class, it is better to start learning belly dance as a beginner even if I have studied other forms of dance. It will be able to offer me an opportunity to improve my self-confidence.

The other way of learning belly dance is to make sure that I have to wear sweats. For instance, yoga pants or leggings, a t-shirt or top and scarf to tie around my hips. Moving my body is relevance to clothes. Once I joind a belly dance class I have to attend the class at least for one hour every day.

I could be worn out working out if i do not have persistence. For example, when people challenge to do something for the first time, they will be curious and they will register their name at the dance professional facilities without their interesting. I will sign up with curious someday.
