Soleil -

I'm interested in dancing. I visited a dancing school in Mississauga, last Saturday. There was lots of dancing classes like Salsa, Latin, Tap, Jazz, and Hip-Hop. I prefer to dance alone and not with a partner. I want to learn a kind of dancing that singers dance on TV. I told the instructor that I wanted to learn how to dance like those singers on TV.

He recommended Jazz and hiphop dancing. I'd rather learn Jazz than Hip-Hop dancing. I asked about Jazz dancing class. He said that there was one for amateurs, one for professionals, and something like prep for college. I prefer to learn dancing for fun. I asked him how many days in a week and how long each class was. He said three times a week, each for an hour. And he went on and said “First you do warm-up thing, then Jazz-walking, and lastly the actual dance movements." I asked him, “How long does it take to get to the point where I can dance well." He said, “It depends, it’s really hard to tell you exactly how quickly you will pick up the dancing skill that we provide you. But, most people make it in 3 months.

Having heard what he had said, I figured I might as well ask him how much it cost for a month. He said, “Normally, it’s like $150 per month but I can give you a huge discount, if you enroll for 3 months or more." I was like, “wow, cool!! Let me go ask my mom, and on her approval, I’ll come back in next few days.” He was all happy and got back on the stage where his disciples were running around.
