Before I came here, I ordered a PMP(porterble muiltimedia player) in the large electroinc shop which is named Hi-Mart. When it arrived, I found some problems. It has a scratch on the LCD and LCD keeps flickering. So, I called the company's service center and reguested to exchange.
They easily accepted and immideately exchanged new one. But after I used the new one for a week, suddenly it went down and didn't work anymore.
