The Second Difficult Presentation and Interview for me. -by Deresa

This is my second presentation which I consider it was second hard time for me to prepare presentation in this class.

1. How do you decide your topic?

First I had wanted to interview with someone who teaches house-related or personal habit activities such as knitting and cooking for my journal. Luckily, it has located to be a kind of knitting class in the Cloverdale Mall; however, someone who seems to be a store manager told us that they had no time for interviewing with me. She seemd very burn out because they were clear out their inventories at that moment. Therefore, I had to choose another topic that was a cooking class at the Loblaws which already had done classes for the day. After all, I needed to choose another class that wasn’t close. It was the fitness club, Good life, at the Loblaws store near my home-stay.

2. What are the payment methods for the customer in your fitness club?

They have two options ; one option is that they will withdraw $24.95 from a customer account once every two weeks; another is that they charge $24.95 once every two weeks to one's credit card(they accept Master card, VISA, and American Express)

3. What kinds of programs do you provide?

There are three options for a customer.
1. Personal training with professional fitness trainers
2. Diet program with nutrition councilor
3. The GoodLife Fitness club offers Variety special fitness such as Yoga, Body Jam(Dancing Class), Tai Chi, Indoor Cycling, Karate, Boxing and Taekwondo , and so on.

4. What are the good programs that do you offer to a customer compare to other fitness club?

As I mention before, there are many different kinds of choices which a customer can choose in our fitness club such as Yoga, Body Jam (dancing class), Tai Chi, indoor cycling, Karate, Boxing, and Teakwood. The customers can choose any activities in their convenience time where we provide different schedule for each activity.

5. Could you tell me what are your fitness strengths?

1. We provide one on one training in weight loss, build body, and educate customer with our personal nutrition counsel.
2. There are variety events for our fitness members. As I mention before, we have different events everyday such as yoga, tai chi, boxing, and teakwood, and so on.
3. The competitive advantage over rivals (such as YMCA , other fitness clubs and gyms) is the safety where only women can register for our memberships, and we provide daycare for their children as well. Therefore, all the women and moms can focus on body training without worries.
