Bible study in the church - Jake

Two days ago, I went to a church for my homework. There were so many people inside and they were waiting for mass. I sat in a bench of front line and looked around. I listened the priest's sermon but I didn't understand except for a few words. Sometimes we sang songs and put my knee at bottom and prayed. I just followed other people's behavior.

After ceremony, I went to the woman who gave a speech during the mass. I introduced about myself and explained my purpose. She asked my address and introduced the priest and gave some information to me. She said that there is only bible study for children and that will be held in February and it lasts 3 months and she gave me the pamphlet of the week.

I asked her for looking around inside and being informed about the church. So I could know about that roughly and came out there. I was not satisfied because it was not interesting!

I decided to find another church. I was looking around near church and found it in the end. I entered there and there were children outside. At that time, it was snowing and 1 o'clock. I asked the chidren and they guided me to their priest. I introduced myself and asked about bible study.

Everybody in there looked at me because I was the only Asian in the church. After I explained my situation, they were interested in me, so I was excited. I talked with christians and gave my e-mail address and one of them sent me e-mail about time schedule next Sunday.
