Sometimes, I have experienced problem with my product. In case that is the worst in the problem, although product that I bought has a problem, clerk didn't exchange a new one. I complained that, but I had to give up to exchange. When I sometimes experience this situation, I am very confuse. Possibly, I don't want to meet this situation.
