Problem with cloth.

I bought my skirt online. They have a different size than standard. I ordered my size skirt. After 2 days, I was dissatisfied my order when I received it. It was too tight but I didn't change. Because if I want to change my skirt, I have to pay delivery fee. And I was tiresome to change my order.
