I bought a computer screen on line last Friday. I received it the next Monday. I found the box a little torn. And then I hurried to check the computer screen. I connected with my computer and I tryed it. But the screen went dead. Maybe when it was delivered, it had been dropped. I want to exchange it for another one. If you don't have the same model any more, I want a refun. I will sendit back to you today. I hope you can check the screen quickly and send it back to me. Next Friday, I will not be home, so I want the product be sent before Friday.
