I have a friend from high school whose major was Yoga. She had practiced Yoga every day. She was not able to continue since she has come to Toronto. She has been here just for a month. She thought she would not be able to find a Yoga center. She asked me to find a Yoga center. She said it has to near from her house and not too expensive. I found Lyenger Yoga School of Toronto that is not too far and not too expensive.

The Lyenger Yoga school of Toronto is 3300 Yong st. It takes about 20 minutes for a walk from her house. A Yoga class is typically 90 minutes.They practice yoga useing a 4-week cycle. Once a week expires at the end of 4-week session is $64.15 + tax. Twice a week expire at the end of 4-week session is $105.66 + tax. Thrice is $125.53. Once a week single class is $18.87 + tax. New session starting is April 30, 2007-June 4, 2007. There are three levels. Activating is formerly level 1. Awakening is formerly level 2. Meditation in action is formerly level 3. Schadul is divided 3 level and time.

Her level is Meditation level and she cann't go morning class, because she attend her languege school. There are not lots of class for Meditation level, just twice a week. Monday and wenesday 6:00-7:30, so she will attend this school from April 30, 2007-June 3, 2007, twice a week Meditation class.
