George Brown College Cooking School.

Now, my field of study is chemical engineering but, I've been lost interested in it more and more. I would rather make food than work on factory.

A long time ago, I was interested in cooking foods. Making foods for friends or family made me happy. They loved my food. I invited my friends and made food for them. It made me happy and gave me great pleasure.

When I prepared food for my parents they said that I had to go to cooking school. While cooking, I was highly elated by the process of cooking foods. After I get married, I want to cook healthy foods for my children.

There are many kinds of foods such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French food and baking. Especially, making cookies and breads are the most interesting to me. I heard that Goerge brown college is famous school of cooking. Chef school located in St. James campus has various programs.

I chose one program. This program lenght is 1year(2semesters) and starting is September and January. I can receive practical, theoretical and hands-on training in the areas of pastry, cakes, decorating, production management, chocolate techniques and fermetation, and contemporary dessert plating through these programs. After I finished this program, I can receive Ontario college certification. And they also have part-time study options. I really want to learn baking.
